Really Simple Invoices ("RSI", "we", "us", "our") is a simple tool that helps users create and send invoices, manage clients, and receive payments using Stripe. By using RSI, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
RSI is a Dept 91 product. We build beautiful, cost effective products for individuals, soloprenuers and small businesses.
All payments are handled directly by Stripe; RSI does not store or process payment card data.
We collect only the information necessary to operate the RSI platform. This includes:
We do not use tracking, analytics, or marketing email systems.
Under UK and EU GDPR:
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and send invoices to your clients.
To accept payments, you must connect your Stripe account to RSI using Stripe Connect. By doing this, you agree to Stripe's own Connect Platform Agreement.
When an invoice is paid:
We do not charge monthly fees or subscriptions.
You can delete your account at any time via your profile page. This will remove all your data from our platform, including invoices and client details. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure infrastructure. However, no online service can guarantee 100% security.
We may update this document from time to time. When we do, we'll post a revised version on the RSI website and update the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of RSI means you accept the new terms.
